Citizens State Bank Visa Cards are now enrolled in the Verified by Visa program. This program offers added protection for cardholders when making purchases using the Internet.

CSB Credit Cardholders will be asked to enroll the first time they make a purchase at a participating merchant.

CSB Debit (Shazam Check Card) cardholders can opt out of enrollment four times before they are forced to enroll.

The enrollment process is easy – The cardholder creates their own user ID and password. If they forget the password they are given an opportunity to answer a question that they chose at enrollment.

Cardholders may initiate enrollment immediately by going to www.visa.com/verified.

A list of participating merchants is available at www.visa.com/shopverified.

Checks can be ordered through Deluxe Checking by going to www.deluxe.com.

Cardholders will be getting a statement stuffer and statement messages regarding this and may have questions. Any questions that we aren’t able to answer for the cardholder should be directed to Certegy Customer Service at 1-800-857-3118.
