Carol specializes in health insurance and voluntary products, as well as serving her clients in their needs for life and disability insurance, annuities, long term and investments through CSB Financial located at Citizens State Bank in Wyoming. Carol is a Fellow in the Life Underwriters Training Council, a Certified Senior Advisor, and a Registered Representative.
Prior to developing her own consultancy, Carol was recruited by a banking agency to direct their life insurance department, where she helped bank customers with their insurance needs for 5 ½ years. Carol utilizes her career in the medical field and continues to rely on her knowledge of the medical information to help serve her clients’ insurance and investment needs.
Additionally, Carol is very active in her community and church. She is past chair of the Dubuque Chapter of the American Red Cross and serves currently as the Chair of Volunteers. She has served on the City Council of Epworth for 10 years, and is currently President of the Economic Development Committee. Carol is also a past board member of Women in Management and Life Underwriters Association. In 1988, Carol received the Governors award for Volunteerism.
